It has been brought to our attention that there has been problems in regards to USPS (post office) shipping charges. We would like our customers to know that we keep a fairly close eye on such issues and will happily address any such issues. We found one customer was charged an exorbitant amount for a relatively small order. This, of course, was not our doing and would be adjusted accordingly from our end as we do not charge your credit card until the time of shipment. We are not in the business to take advantage of our cusomters and only charge what we are charged plus $1.00 for box/supplies. So please, if you have concerns regarding your shipping, call or note such in the comment box of your order. We value your business and will address any issues brought to our attention.

To keep a candle wick at its' optimum performance and integrity, you should extinguish your candles after 4 hours. Trim and let cool down. Though many of us candle lovers don't allow our candles to rest, the wick should at least be extinquished long enough to trim every few hours. NEVER let your candle burn for hours without "tending" to it's needs ! :o)
